Automation that gives your business its time back

We create time freedom: governed AI and automation that takes the manual admin off your team.

The re-keying between systems, the unchecked billing, the chasing, the month-end checking: that work can run itself, accurately, with humans approving what matters. We design and build your automation, with managed running as it matures. And we proved it on our own business first.

This page is for you if…

Your team re-keys the same data between systems, every single week.

Invoices go out unchecked, and you find the mistakes when a customer does.

Month-end takes days of copy-paste that nobody can spare.

There are three versions of every number, and the board gets whichever was nearest.

Renewals slip through the diary until the revenue quietly leaks away.

You suspect AI could help, but you do not trust it near your systems.

01 · Our position

Most businesses do not have an AI problem.
They have an admin problem, and AI can now solve it safely.

That is our view after building it for ourselves: governance first, automation second, hype never.

02 · Proof, not promises

Our own business runs on this

We will not sell automation we do not run ourselves. So here is the story of our own, told properly, with the receipts.

1

Where this started

Three systems that did not talk. A week of copy-paste every month, and board numbers nobody could fully trust.

2

We built the machine we wanted to buy

One governed platform connecting all three: read-only by default, one audited write path, humans approving what matters.

3

The first runs told us the truth

Automation’s first job was not saving time. It was honesty. The receipts are on the right.

Today it runs our commercial side

Quietly, every day, to the clauses below. On a discovery call we will show you it working, live.

The receiptsALL FIGURES: LIVE · MEASURED
The one that changed how we run the business

Our own board reporting had overstated monthly recurring revenue by more than double. The platform surfaced the true figure in one audited view. That is why every build defers to one master number, and why governance comes before cleverness.

5 days → about 1 minute
The reconciliation we used to do by hand, now run by the platform.
By handabout 5 days
Automatedabout 1 minute
Illustrative, not to scale; the real ratio would not fit on the page.
27 anomalies
Caught on the first automated billing run, every one explainable.
£653 / month
At-risk revenue surfaced by the first licensing audit.
100%
Record-match accuracy across service and accounting systems.

03 · How it works

Advise. Build. And managed running, as it matures.

Managed AI, the way you already trust managed IT, is where this service is heading. Here is exactly what we do today.

STEP 01

Discover where the hours leak

A short, paid discovery exercise across your systems: the re-keying, the unchecked billing, the chasing. You leave with your Automation Leak Map, every leak costed and prioritised.

STEP 02

Build governed automation

We design and deploy it on the systems you already run, tested, gated behind human approvals, with a rollback for everything. You approve; it runs.

STEP 03

Support it, and grow into managed

We support what we build, and managed running, where we monitor and operate your automation the way we run managed IT, is maturing as a service. We will only call it managed when it fully is.

04 · The standard the hype merchants skip

AI proposes. Humans approve.

Anyone can connect an AI to your systems. The discipline that makes it safe to trust is the actual product, so we codified ours: the TS Automation Standard, six clauses we hold ourselves to on every build. On the right, clause in action: our own billing drift guard doing exactly what it is designed to do, stopping.

G1Read-only by default

Systems are connected to look, not touch. Write access is the exception, never the rule.

G2One audited write path

Where automation acts, the action is ring-fenced, logged and gated.

G3Approval gates on what matters

Anything customer-facing or consequential waits for a named person.

G4Test, verify, roll back

Every change tested and verified before live, with a named rollback kept.

G5Security-registered by design

New connections registered to a security standard before anything deploys. Access by named groups via Microsoft 365 sign-in.

G6One master number

Every report defers to a single source of truth. Three versions of a number is how boards get misled.

Ask anyone pitching you AI which of these six they can evidence. We will show you all of them, running.

05 · Already a Microsoft house?

Copilot and Power Automate, deployed properly

If your business runs on Microsoft 365, your fastest wins are already inside your licence. We deploy and govern them for clients today, alongside our managed IT and cyber security service. Four panes, one window:

Copilot rollout

Licensed, configured and rolled out to the right people first, with the use cases that pay for it identified before you switch it on. An unused licence is just a cost line.

Security & data governance

Copilot sees what your permissions let it see. We tighten access, sharing and data hygiene first, so AI works for you without exposing what it should not.

Training & adoption

Short, practical sessions built around your team’s real work, because the tool only pays for itself when people reach for it without thinking.

Power Automate flows

The approvals, notifications and joined-up steps between your Microsoft tools, built, documented and maintained.

06 · Where it lands in your business

The patterns transfer. The admin is the same everywhere.

Every process here is one we have already built and run on our own systems. Swap our tools for yours and the pattern holds.

Billing accuracy guard

Every run checked against the last; missed and under-charges held until cleared.

Cross-system reconciliation

Supplier costs, contracts and invoices reconciled; every gap graded and costed.

Renewals & chasing

Expiry forecasting, drafted letters, automated chasing and e-signing.

Management reporting

Recurring-revenue and margin views from scheduled snapshots. One true number.

Onboarding & handoffs

Structured workflows so projects stop drifting and sold matches delivered.

An internal AI assistant

On your data, inside your access controls, firewalled from anything customer-facing.

07 · Straight answers

Every number we publish carries one of three labels

AI is drowning in invented case studies. We label ours, literally, and we hold the line even when it would read better not to.

LABEL 01
LIVE · MEASURED

Running in production today, on our own business, and measured. Everything in the proof section above is in this category.

LABEL 02
IN BUILD

Built and being tested, or scoped and awaiting sign-off. Our service-desk intelligence is here, so we publish no ticket or response-time results yet. When we have real client figures, you will see them, labelled.

LABEL 03
MODELLED

An estimate with the working shown. Across our own business we model roughly 300 to 350 hours a year handed back. That is a model, not a measurement, which is exactly why it is labelled.

08 · Good to know

AI and automation: your questions, answered

Joining up the systems you already run, so the manual admin between them disappears: the re-keying, the copy-paste billing, the chasing, the month-end checking. We use AI where it genuinely helps, drafting, triage, internal assistants, and plain dependable automation where it does the job better. No chatbots for the sake of it.
No. We build for the people doing the work, not for developers. Our own platform is run day to day by the leadership team of an IT business, not a software house: you see what the automation wants to do, you approve it, and it runs. If your team can use email, they can use what we build.
The ones you already run. Microsoft 365 and Copilot, accounting platforms such as Xero, CRMs, job-management and service systems, e-signing and transactional email. We connected our own service platform, accounting and licensing systems first, so we know exactly what that plumbing involves.
This is the question we built the whole approach around. AI proposes; a human approves anything consequential or customer-facing. Systems are connected read-only by default, with any write path ring-fenced, audited and gated behind an approval step. Customer-facing AI is separated from internal AI, and access is controlled by named groups through Microsoft 365 sign-in. Nothing deploys without a tested rollback.
It replaces the worst parts of their week. The re-keying, the chasing, the checking that something was billed correctly: that is the work automation should own. Your people stay the decision-makers, every consequential action needs a human approval, and the hours handed back go into the work that actually grows the business.
With a discovery call, then a short paid discovery exercise: we build your Automation Leak Map, where hours and margin are leaking across your systems, costed and prioritised. From there you choose what we build. We are a premium service priced to do this properly, with governance, testing and rollback, and every proposal is costed before you commit.
From our Devon base we serve Exeter, Plymouth, Torbay and the wider South West, and we deliver UK-wide. Governed business process automation is built and supported remotely by design, and on-site discovery workshops are available across the South West. The same 5.0-rated team has supported UK businesses since 2008.
We will only show you figures the way we show our own. From our live platform: a reconciliation that took about five days by hand now runs in about a minute, and the first automated licensing audit surfaced £653 a month of at-risk revenue. Every number we publish is labelled live, in build, or modelled, and we will not promise results we have not measured.
